A good photograph shows you something new; good photography finds you something new in everything. The new might be in a reflection, the light, an expression, or something which only becomes apparent through being there, feeling there. Creating the new requires planning, patience, hope and luck (and often appropriate clothing). From stations to weddings or mittens we seek out the new, preferably the apt and gorgeous new. To have us create something new for you just email us.

All orders sent via first-class post or airmail where available; costs will be calculated at the checkout stage.
Orders are dispatched within 2-days if the product is in stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and would expect delivery to you to occur within three weeks; if you would like to check the anticipated delivery date before ordering, then just email us.
Please note that prints will not fit through a standard letterbox. To save the package being left out in the rain, or helpfully sheltered in a recycling bin, we suggest arranging delivery to an address occupied during delivery hours.

Slight cropping will occur on some images; this will be arranged to minimise impact.
Images used on the website are reduced in resolution and quality to aid website function. High quality and resolution images are used for printing.
Due to the myriad variables involved the colours seen on screen may not match precisely those on the products. There may also be slight variation within batches of otherwise identical products.
We accept bespoke printing orders; please contact us for further details.

Sizes indicated include the mount.
Paper prints are signed on the reverse. The prints are then hand-mounted within professionally cut card mounts [UK only].
Canvas prints are supplied stretched on a wooden frame [UK only], with wraparound printing. They are signed on the edge of the image.
In some circumstances slight sagging of canvas prints can occur during transit. If this does not correct itself after a few days hanging we suggest steaming the reverse, avoiding condensation; for further details on how to do this please contact us.
Limited edition prints will be numbered on the reverse or edge as appropriate.
Please note that—due to exorbitant delivery costs for large, flat packages—prints sent internationally are supplied unframed and unmounted.

Privacy & Security
We do not release your details to third parties, except as required by the payment system. As payment is off-site through Paypal we do not encounter your bank details and so cannot leak them. Please see Paypal for further details.

Prices shown include VAT. We do not currently supply products excluding VAT. We are not responsible for taxes or customs duties incurred if products are sent outside the UK.

You may cancel your order within 7-days of receipt.
You must return the products as stipulated below, unless dispensation from this requirement is granted in writing by us.
Products returned must be unused and in the condition received, so undamaged unless damaged on their way to you.
Please notify us in writing, giving your reason for the return, before returning the items.
We recommend reusing the original packaging, if securely sealed, to avoid damage on the return leg.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30-days. Please note that we are unable refund more than the original payment; we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
Refunds are not available on bespoke orders.
